The lightest and driest of all sherries produced where the river Guadalquivir meets the Atlantic Ocean resulting in its traditional “salty” tang.
Made from the Palomino grape again it is bone-dry and light with a delicate and crisp bouquet. It is recognisable from its pale-straw colour.
Medium dry, amber in colour it acquires a genuine rich “nutty” flavour through years of ageing in the Bodegas of Jerez.
A rich aromatic style which develops without any flor, resulting in a darker, mahogony colour with a silky velvety texture.
